Difference between Full Power Perfect Cell & MSSJ Kid Gohan

He's multifold ahead of Gohan, his power up should be a multifold one. He already seemed to have an edge on Gohan before he went to full power.

The SSJ2 is a 4-5x boost at minimum, and Full Power Perfect Cell still budged Gohan pretty well with a punch, and also made Gohan counter his KHH with his own KHH. So Full Power Perfect Cell is somewhat relevant to even SSJ2 Gohan.
He only budged Gohan because Gohan let him hit him to be dramatic. It is no different than SSJ Gohan letting himself be blasted point blank range, thru rock, and thn getting up with a grin. Gohan was cocky as a SSJ, it just magnified to something Goku and Vegeta both could never dream of replicating ego wise as a ssj2. He didn't even make Gohan blink, just tickled him.

Of course Gohan countered the Kamehameha with another wave as it was so big and heading to earth, maning it would blow the core. He did that nonchalantly as well.

Gohan was just a beast - Broly power with a bookworms brain, Gokus fighting skills, and Vegetas ego
